[tf] AttributeError: module 'tensorflow' has no attribute 'logging'

tensorflow 버전 문제로 생기는 에러.

텐서플로 버전을 1.x로 다운그레이드하거나 tf.logging이 아닌 tf.compat.v1.logging로 코드를 변경하면 해결할 수 있다.
